Nitrogen Generation membranes

Evonik's SEPURAN® N2 membrane has been especially developed for nitrogen generation combining low air consumption at all temperature levels with high nitrogen capacity.

Evonik’s SEPURAN® N2 membrane is specifically designed for efficient nitrogen production. It boasts low air consumption and high nitrogen capacity across a broad temperature range while maintaining stable performance throughout its lifespan.
It achieves nitrogen purity levels of up to 99.5%, making it ideal for creating inert atmospheres in various industries, including marine, aviation, oil and gas, and food.

With a pressure rating increase of up to 50% and options for ongoing technical support, SEPURAN® N2 membranes offer flexibility in operational parameters, helping to minimize investment costs.

The portfolio of nitrogen generation membranes can be divided into two types: fast and selective.

SEPURAN® N2 fast membranes produce high, efficient Nitrogen flow rates. They can be applied with moderate temperatures and no limited feed air (e.g., Marine, FPSO).
